User Data Deletion

Instructions for requesting removal of Meta-related data connected to LotFlare through Facebook Login, Meta business integrations, and advertising account authorization.

Effective Date: June 16, 2026

LotFlare is an advertising automation platform for automotive dealerships. Dealership users may connect their Meta business assets, including Facebook Pages, ad accounts, pixels, catalogs, product sets, and related advertising data, so that LotFlare can help manage inventory-based advertising campaigns.

If you connected LotFlare to your Meta account and would like your Meta-related data removed from LotFlare, you may request deletion at any time using the instructions below.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Meta-related data from LotFlare, please contact Direct Link Corporation by email or phone.

Direct Link Corporation

Email: info@directlinkcorp.com

Phone: 888-890-5022

Please include the following information with your request:

  • Your dealership name
  • Your LotFlare account email address
  • The Facebook Page connected to LotFlare, if known
  • The Meta Business account or ad account connected to LotFlare, if known
  • A short note stating that you are requesting deletion of Meta-related data

2. What LotFlare Deletes

After we verify the request, LotFlare will remove eligible Meta-related connection data associated with the dealership account. This may include:

  • Meta access tokens
  • Facebook Page IDs
  • Meta ad account IDs
  • Meta Business account IDs
  • Pixel IDs
  • Catalog IDs
  • Product set IDs
  • Instagram user IDs connected through Meta business assets, if stored
  • Other Meta connection data stored by LotFlare for authorized integrations

We may retain limited information where required for security, billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, audit history, or normal business recordkeeping.

3. What Happens After Deletion

Removing Meta-related data may disable or limit LotFlare features that depend on Meta account authorization, including Meta ad campaign management, reporting, Page selection, Pixel selection, catalog access, product set access, and Facebook Page posting features.

If a dealership wishes to use Meta-related LotFlare features again after deletion, an authorized user may need to reconnect Meta and grant the required permissions again.

4. Disconnecting LotFlare from Facebook

You may also disconnect LotFlare directly from your Facebook account. To do this, log in to Facebook and visit your Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings, select LotFlare, and remove access.

Removing LotFlare from Facebook may stop future access, but it does not automatically delete historical connection records stored in LotFlare. To request removal of those records, please contact us using the deletion request instructions on this page.

5. Account Verification

For security reasons, we may need to verify that the person requesting deletion is authorized to act on behalf of the dealership account. We may request additional information before completing the deletion request.
